What I'm afraid of with the Ranma/FMP one is... It's weebee. Who brought us the delightful but abandoned-just-when-it-was-getting-really-good Contrast Match.

Sucrose Octanitrate.
Proof positive that with sufficient motivation, you can make anything explode.
Seraviel, if you want to have a real run down on your stories, make a new thread and ask there. I do remember 'A Drop of Poison' as good, but I tend to reread stories when the new chapter comes out if its been a while.
As for the weebee one, I'm more worried that by the end of chapter 2: weebee seems to be forcing things along. The exact clone effect of the hereditarity of the curses seems off and as we know you have examples of specific person curses (spring of the almost drowned Akane) and its not a preset form thing on the spring of the drowned girl from Herb. All in all it seems very blunt force, plot trauma and like its going to fit in Ranma 1/2 plots half heartedly glued to FMP. It just bugs me. The form clone trick thing... not the inherited part.

Konoha's White Streak
Naruto gets sent back in time to the Third Ninja War, with complication from the time travel de-aging him and turning his hair white.
There are two chapters currently up, and it looks like this fic could be pretty good.

Considering pigeon have no bowels that is silly and redundant. One of the ignored issues with being a wererat as well. You soil yourself by default everytime you transform.

Hmm. Near as I can tell this hasn't been mentioned previously. Possibly because it's original serial webfic rather than fanfic (is there a hard fanfic only rule for the thread?) but I have to recommend Spots the Space Marine which is an ongoing serial by M.C.A. Hogarth (aka Haikujaguar on LJ). Set on an outpost during a war between Humans and an alien ally against alien bugs that want to devour everyone else.
Yeah, old SF plot, but the characters and the writing make it work. The writing is a touch sparse, somewhere between prose and a script, but works well at pushing the story forward. The first few chapters are a little rough, as interestingly enough this didn't start with the intention of telling a story but as the authors way of tracking her workouts. Only once she created one character she created another, and next thing she knew there was a plot and story reaching out saying, "Excuse us, but we don't feel like being held hostage to your time spent on an elliptical trainer."

It's titled "New Fic Recommendations ...", not "New Fanfic Recommendations ..."

I have been on an original fiction kick lately ( as opposed to fanfic), and I came across this.
I am fairly sure this was recc'ed a while ago, but its still awesome. Its also complete.

There is also "Tales of MU", which is spectacularly NSFW(extreme kink), but still well written with a large body of work (incomplete, ongoing):
talesofmu.com
It also appears to update weekly and consistently.
Does any one else have any orig-fiction recs? Especially any mutant/superhero stuff or any high fantasy thats well written.

"Interviewing Leather" was mentioned back when it was first written, but it is still pretty damned cool. I wish the guy would write more.
Alexandra Erin, the woman that writes MU, writes several other series. I can't say I particularly like MU, but Star Harbor Nights is her superhero stuff, and it's pretty good. It hasn't been updated since last year, unfortunately, and it stopped at a bit of a cliffhanger.

New story cowritten by the Sage of Toads and Andew Joshua Talon (author of ARSENAL}, a parody of overpowered Harry Potter Peggy Sues -- specifically because of Perfect Lionheart's Partially Kissed Hero (To quote Sage: "Seriously, I've never written a fanfic out of anger, but after spending a weekend trudging through Perfect Lionheart's "Partially Kissed Hero" I couldn't take it anymore. So now Harry Potter fans, you have HI POWER. You know who to blame."). It's called HI-POWER: Harry Is Pissed Off With Everyone's Rubbish.
