Oh, thanks, Rob Kelk, now I've got Kirk Douglas in my head singing that silly song from the Disney 20,000 Leagues movie.... 
I hadn't even thought to check if it was a real link; I figured it was hysterical enough to put that line about throwing small children and then ask for a supporting citation.

I can't help but think that outside of the massive climate shift and the attendant mass extinction events (minor problems really Wink ) this would cause that this is something I would really like to happen, although that's probably my sense of nationalism speaking Smile
