The two-minute trailer for the third 'movie' for Yamato 2199 is out, covering episodes #7-10. The film will screen at twelve theaters on October 13; video release November 22.

This is purest speculation on my part, but with that caveat -
I think the Analyzer/Gamilon Android plot might - MIGHT - be a replacement for the "Analyzer has an unrequited crush on Yuki" B-plot from the original "Bee People" episode.
I notice that the comic relief elements of Analyzer/IQ-9 are mostly absent in the 2199 version. He has yet to flip a skirt or do anything outright goofy. I think they're playing him "straight" this time out.
