Peggy and I have been wondering about the other three -- we're pretty sure "W" is going to be Snow White, but "B" and "Y" have us stumped -- the silhouettes aren't suggestive enough.

Dear Lord, it already has a TV Tropes Page AND a Wiki.

It's too bad Yellow's silhouette doesn't have enough hair to be Rapunzel, as someone going Mistress Nine on monsters produces a pleasent image.

Mm. If the initials do ineed refer to the colors as we're expecting now -- R=Red, W=White -- B might be for Blue, which suggests Disney's Sleeping Beauty, and Y might be Belle from "Beauty and the Beast", for the yellow/gold gown from the iconic ballroom scene.

Except the more I look at the logo image, the more I think B looks like Snow White's silhouette....

And there are other ideas; the TVT page suggests "Little Red Riding Hood (Red), Snow White (W), Beauty and the Beast (B), and Goldilocks (Y)."

Sadly, while absolutely nailing down white as snow white, her song doesn't hint at the identities of the other two.

Edit: never mind, forgot I disabled Flash.
Edit 2: and now, thanks to my stupid modem resetting halfway through downloading, the video ends for me right after she draws her sword.  I guess I'm just not meant to watch this video. *cries*.

Hmmm, could be beauty in the beast or puss in boots with that wording.Yellow.... the only fairy tails I can think of are Goldilocks and the three bears or Rumplestilskin.

The "burns gold" line does hint at Rumpelstilskin. Since I know of no aspect of Goldilocks about having to do with gold.

Or it could be alliteration in burning as shining with light (though the rest have been rather dark... burns like a witch then?). And in that case I have no idea.

Thanks for the youtube imbed. Some thoughts on White's video:

The lyrics, at least the first couple lines: "Mirror, tell me something. Tell me who is the loneliest of all." pretty clearly points to Snow White. (As already pointed out upthread.)

Snow White's fighting style: between the magic circles, revolver rapier, and bind, it made me think she's a Mid-Childa refugee. Her Device's name might be Siebenzwerge. This may just be me having Nanoha on the brain though.

It is definitely a shout out to MLN. Her rapier is not an intelligent device though. The revolver chambered rapier does look to be an armed device with 7 chambered belkan cartridge system. Her magical color (white) corresponds to ancient belkan.

I can see the fan fiction possibilities already.

Well, I'm not conversant on the differences in the varied types of devices in MGLN.  The 'name' was basically a joke I pulled out of Google Translate. (Hint: it's in German and two words smooshed together.)
