Happy St. Paddy's Day!
Happy St. Paddy's Day!
#1
We're doing a quick contest over on the Daz3D forums - the person has to be wearing green, and there has to be a shamrock in the image. I thought I'd share my entry. (Folks who have read the Fenspace forum since yesterday evening will recognize the girl...)

Oops, it's 1800×2962 pixels. http://web.ncf.ca/fm536/renders/hillside_pinup.png]Have a link instead of an embed.

It's a quickie render, with no postwork to get rid of that shoulder problem, so yes I know it's still there.

Paddy.... not Patty.

Paddy is the correct familiar version of Patrick
Patty is the familiar version of Patricia

Although Rule 63 St. Patricia banishing the snakes.....

Hey, the girl in the render is definitely not a "Patrick"...

I'll see whether I can change the topic line. Edit: Looks like it worked...

*debates* Did I ever mention my less than serious belief that since St Patrick also brought the art of brewing to the Isles, how he really banished the snakes was by curing them all of Delirium Tremens?
Hear that thunder rolling till it seems to split the sky?
That's every ship in Grayson's Navy taking up the cry-

NO QUARTER!!!

Well, y'know, he did give 'em a vote on the matter:  "All snakes who wish to remain in Ireland will please raise their right hands."
