Got into a discussion about how Public Service Announcements vary between countries.

Hmm, don't know if any of the TAC (Victoria, Australia) ones have been seen, they typically have a story and a higher production budget than Neighbours, like this:

As a result one business apparently got a free signboard and a new fence as compensation. This is kind of amazing, especially given that it appears to have been made for a 72-hour challenge contest. Getting costumes, actors (who can sing,) music, props, and a script together plus at least a few hours of actual filming and then editing to achieve something like this in just three days is really impressive.
