Kristen Wiig is probably better known to you for her voicework -- she's the female twin (Ruffnut? Tuffnut? I can never remember) in the How To Train Your Dragon movies, Miss Hattie in Despicable Me and the female lead in Despicable Me 2 -- although she's got her share of live-action stuff under her belt. Melissa McCarthy is that brunette plus-size comedienne who's had a bit of bad luck in movie choices recently -- her typical roles strike me as distaff counterparts to the kind of thing John Belushi used to do.

The other two, well, I haven't watched SNL regularly in quite a while, so I can't say much about them.

Looking at the pictures, my guess is that the lineup at the top is in the classic Spengler-Stantz-Venkman-Zeddemore order, and on first glance at least does not horrify me. I'm too cynical about that state of affairs persisting to read in detail, however...
