Tom Baker returns as the Doctor!

According to several different sources, Tom Baker has shot the last unfinished scenes of the lost serial "Shada", written by Douglas Adams. There are several YouTube videos from different posters announcing it, including Fox News, but they all amount to the same thing and show little more than production/publicity stills of him in costume -- here's one with an amusing computer-generated voiceover:

The Register says it's available as a digital download now and on disk December 4, but doesn't offer any links to actually purchase the story.

I've ordered physically large books from Amazon UK in the past and they've happily shipped them. I can't imagine a disc would be less likely to be shipped.
EDIT: Just went to the Blu-Ray page: "This item can be delivered to United States."

We'll be ordering the Blu-Ray here (and only going for that because we don't have a region modded DVD player right now).
