I hardly think an enhanced presence counts as Super!Harry, not when you look at things like "Sunrise/Sunset over Britain" or just about anything by Jeconais... Being scary/commanding doesn't quite rank with casting a deadly ward around all of England/Scotland or basically being a demigod.
