Aside from the plumbing issue - since the original Prison dates from 1815 and they're in the process of upgrading it.

IIRC the USA once asked the Norwegians to extradite a prisoner to them.
Norway's answer was 'due to the terrible state of your prison system we cannot allow this extradition on humanitarian grounds.'

Gotta be careful with those religious sites. Has this been confirmed on a similar secular site, such as Walking Eagle News or The Onion ?

Yeah, I usually keep my doors locked while driving as a matter of course. That would have reduced this encounter from "HOLY FUCK ADRENALINE TIME!" to "Whoah, cool! ....Hope he doesn't fuck up my paint."

That picture though. Such an adorable derpy face for a huge fucking predator intent on sampling some tender, delicious human flesh.

Eh. Bears are predators, sure. But it's incredibly rare for them to intentionally go after a human as a source of food. Humans get mauled, sure, but that's mainly because you've somehow irked the bear. (There's a reason why terms like "Poking the bear" exist.) It's such a rare thing that a bear figuring out how to open a car door is commonplace by comparison. (They're actually pretty damn intelligent.)
In this situation? Sure, it was scary as hell. But given that the bear appears to be in great health and does not seem to be behaving aggressively...

"Hi. I'm a bear! Do you have something to eat in here? Because it smells like you got something to eat in there. No no, don't get up, I'll just check for myself..."
