I hate when silliness escapes me. I have a setup, but can't reach the payoff.

At stage left, we have Looney Tunes Toons. At stage right we have Babbit.

Alas, I can't figure out a scenario where Babbit has to ask Doug to give him the bird...

Same joke, different censors. In Looney Tunes's "Babbit and Catsello" days, it was "If only the Hayes Office would let me, I'd give him the bird."
