Umei no Mai has added a new chapter to the founding-of-Konoha Naruto fic Direct Thee to Peace, sequel to the warring clans era Compass of Thy Soul, which is itself third-or-fourth-hand inspired by Dreaming of Sunshine but mainly uses the world building. Technically the main character is an SI but barely shows it save for a few comments about using remembered stories and board games to amuse younger children, and wanting to save a few relatives canon only mentioned as having died. MC is a civilian tailor and seal-mistress, and very little of the plot involves combat except as something happening elsewhere with consequences that must be dealt with. The meat of the story is politics and MC's relationships with various other Uchiha, and later Tobirama and other Senju. The fact that it makes me give a damn about the politics and several boatloads of OCs stands testament to how well it's handled.
CoTS is around 150k words at twelve chapters and a bonus canon omake, DTtP is approaching 90k at seven. I'm not sure if it was mentioned here or SB or SV, which is why the more detailed description.

I'll note that Shell Game is now listed as completed, though as a spinoff from a base fic that is itself incomplete and requires at least partial familiarity with it to make sense I'm not sure how that stacks up to qualify for the Completed Fic Recs thread. Even having gotten well past where Shell Game splits off from in terms of the MC's rank and abilities I'm a bit confused about how the crossover itself was supposed to have been set up, for that matter. Does the author's One Piece cross or the omake collection make that more clear?

As for the how, I believe it was covered in earlier chpaters hat the MHA headmaster (HeadMouseter?) either found or built a machine that enabled him to contact Konoha, and the Yellow Flash's ridiculous understanding of teleportation enabled them to create an access route to the MHA universe. It wasn't covered in much detail. The One Piece crossover, the MC is clueless how they got there in the first place.
