Very grim & dark flavored fanfic. Hinata's choice was nasty however what happens to Tsunade...

Oh man what did I just read? Ugh. I really don't know how to adequately express how badly handled some of the plot points were introduced and then resolved in the story.
Now I need to go read something obscenely happy and fun for a week to wash out the grimdark aftertaste that I got from this fic. -_- 

Enh. I generally find that when things are that badly handled the impact suffers right along with everything else. And this was more GrimDerp than GrimDark.

Actually, now that I've had some time to reflect on this....
...The ending was rushed.  No, think about it.  We got Hinata back home, with plans to go back and take her kid back...  We got Tsunade in town, unhappy with the situation, but there and doing her job nonetheless...  We got a pending tournament to see who's gonna be the next Hokage...  We got Uchiha Madara, plotting in the shadows, as well as the Akatsuki...  Naruto's due for his training trip...
And then suddenly the whole thing gets wrapped up in an unsightly bow.
Occams Razor Logic sez this sucker was orignially intended for a much longer run, but instead the author did an end-run on it.  No more, no less.

Well, I did say that it had been completed after a long hiatus. It seemed rushed to me as well. Given that only one of the author's 26 fics doesn't have a - Complete - tag, he was probably looking to get it out of the way despite losing interest.

Dude, your on Spacebattles so you should at least have seen it come up there -& the crapstorm the TCB(and the concepts) offshoots generating- but hey it's got Ed Becerra to post some more (even if it's just a don't go there or a maxim of Maximally Effective Mercenaries). I think I'm waiting for the appearance of some Autobots and what's going to be downrange of Megan's gun when it's used. Side's isn't EoH(Elements of Harmony) a typical indicator that the story is Pony related.

Meh. You can ask people to label their updates without badmouthing whatever doesn't appeal to you.

And labels are useful for people to find things they *do* like too. I've gotten into some fics from seeing them in the updates, but I'm not likely to investigate if the series isn't listed.
