I do recall one episode of BTAS where the villain-of-the-week stuck a time-macguffin onto the underside of the Batmobile that froze it in time for a while. Given that it's the batmobile, I'm sure there'd be enough emergency supplies to last a day or two internal subjective time before popping the underside hatch and turning the unit off so you could just hit fast forward on the rest of the year.
