Too Bad by Doug and the Slugs
I don't see this being a power song of any sort, but I can almost picture Doug quoting the chorus (or possibly playing a clip) as a villain is lead away in handcuffs. 
Heh. Yeah, I can see that.
Now why does the band name sound familiar? A quick Google search doesn't turn up anything that rings a bell... weird.

I don't know about Doug & The Slugs, but every time I see the thread title I start hearing Radio Ga Ga, myself.
