Well, Batzulger has titled the series the 'Chicago 7', and he's up to 5 of them
Creeper, Blue Beetle, Black Scorpion, Konnycha, and now The Lizard King. 2 still to come. 8)
Edit, also, he's completed Buffy Summers - Warlord of Mars http://www.tthfanfic.org/Story-30547-21 ... f+Mars.htm

Batzulger's Cold Honor (Buffy/Red Star) is complete. I suspect he is not actually an AI, he's multiple AI sharing a single pen name.

I'm torn on the matter as the story has its good qualities, but it is also taking on more of the qualities I associate with Perfect Lionheart / Skysaber as he starts to go off the rails.
Okay, I'm up to chapter 18 or so in this now, and I'm not sure what qualities you're talking about. Could you clarify, please?

I can't speak for Deadpan29, but I've noticed an increasing degree of thinly veiled authorial screed, though honestly it's got nothing on Skysaber/Prefect Lionheart even in his tamer periods. If he'd kept improving like between the beginnings of Chuunin Exam Day and his last previous appearance instead of backsliding, his stuff might look like this now, but that's as far as I'd go.

On, agreed, it's nowhere near Skysaber's "any atrocity is acceptable when performed by a hero" thing -- the few things along those lines which happen, Alex guilts and suffers over. I've never seen a Skysaber hero feel any guilt for anything they did, just smug satisfaction.

I was commenting in passing, not planning on sparking a discussion on this, but as of chapters 20 and 21 Power-Xander has escalated to assassinating the head of Homeland Security. He was an asshole, but it seems to me that the level of Designated Hero morality and Author Tract writing in the story are climbing.
Personally, I am reminded of Skysaber's tamer periods. Also I compared it to the point of "starting to go off the rails" in those stories, as in that point where it's still a good story over all but there are hints that it may be all downhill from here.

No, I don't believe the world has gone mad. In order for it to go mad it would need to have been sane at some point.

I have to disagree -- although the act was heinous, Alex was sickened and torn up afterward, unable to sleep (although some of that was the First Evil, apparently, too) and doubting herself and her own morals. This is not the behavior of a Skysaber hero; one of these would blithely say something along the lines of "he opposed me, he deserved it, let's get cake" and not give a second thought to the matter. If anything, Alex's response is a deconstruction of the Skysaber-style all-powerful insert character. Skysabers are essentially psychopaths convinced they're heroes. Alex is hero worrying that she's become a psychopath.

He didn't leave because of bad reviews. A Moderator "Quarantined" his story, basically unlisting it, and blocking it from viewers. He was then informed he had to remove the scene in question in order to get his story back. I think he was quite justified in removing the story in protest at that point.

Maybe it's just that I have a "Yeah, whatever" view of politics in fiction anyway (barring real aberrations like the Draka or whatever the Cenobite expies from SWEU are called) but the only part of the whole thing that ever seemed to be "going too far" in that sequence were Tony Stark's internal monologue, which a) is Tony Stark professional opinionated asshole and b) Tony Stark, professional opinionated asshole, in the middle of one of his deepest assholier than thou periods and just beginning to pick up on that fact in the course of the conversation. The meanings attributed to the significant looks and implied communication between other characters in the room are filtered through the veiwpoint character, even if they were laid on a bit strong.
Aside from that, what DreadnoughtVV said.

Ironically, his entirely believable portrayal of the US government in that story is actually much nicer than the way the government often behaves in the Marvel Universe. Let's not forget that Marvel has had the US government build giant killer robots specifically intended to commit genocide.
