Haven't a clue, never heard of them before.

Whois reports that they're registered on GoDaddy via a sketchy-sounding outfit called Domains By Proxy, LLC based in Arizona, and no genuine owner information appears in their record. Checking its website, Domains By Proxy looks like it's ideal for hiding behind when you're doing something Net-based that you don't want tracked back to you.

My immediate reaction is to just report it to whatever agency handles cybercrime in Canada and put them on your spam blacklist, but the effectiveness of such action is always an open question.

(especially across borders and/or when it's not bothering anyone rich or powerful)
