No, because a stock buyback only decreases the number of shares that can partake in the dividends, but the dividends will be payed regardless, and the total size of the dividends pool does not change relative to the total number of shares.

It just means every share gets more of the dividend paid out in absolute and relative terms.

These are not really true.  In Gen 2:7 God begins Adam's life with the breath of life.  In Exodus 21:22, it's a law for punishing the injury of a pregnant woman -- nothing about fetuses, or children, or anything.  In Numbers 5 -- wow this is a problematic passage.  It's public punishment for adultery by poisoning?  That the woman would be struck barren by drinking the bitter vinegar.  Unless she wasn't a proverbial "witch" and the drink didn't do anything to her.  Honestly it's just as terrifying that a pro-abortion advocate would read this and say, oh yes, this part of the ancient Hebrew culture is what I want in my modern society.

Honestly I find the Biblical evidence on abortion to be really weak all around.  "I knew you before you were born" is probably the strongest, but is also easily explained away by God's omniscience.  And also by the Jewish concept of a Guf where souls reside before being born -- all the souls exist before birth in the same place.  I really can't draw a conclusion from the Bible, and I don't know how other people manage it -- perhaps just a leap of faith.

Meanwhile the Bible is not ambiguous about its message of economic equality and tolerance of immigrants.
