For those who aren't up on the latest scoops, the TV eyes guy is supposedly Wheeljack, as depicted in the movie due out this spring. A disappointing redesign when his prologue-scene appearance in the last one was heavily based on the classic G1 design, glowing ear-wings and all, while this one looks like Steve Urkel as a Ninja Turtle cosplayer. The two guys in the eye-screens in the lower half are the enemy characters revealed in the trailer that went up a few days ago, while the Unicron horn and scene above are screen captures from The Last baybomination Knight.

(He also turns into a legally-distinct not-a-VW-Microbus with a TV station logotype on the side. Turtle Van fan repaints if not an official crossover toy are all but certain.)

I plan on getting one anyway, but making him a Junkion comm specialist to be named Dial, like Blaster or Soundwave but with VHS (or 8-track?) cassette-bots, hence the choice of background figures Why? Because as a comic relief techie type, everyone tells him "Don't touch that, Dial!"
