My suggestions for the Pellucidarans article
09-09-2024, 11:16 AM
I would like to discuss Undertale and Deltarune on that article, since the first is about an underground kingdom, and it's its 9th anniversary coming up.
Are there ways of replicating the magic (and somewhat psychic, with the being able to communicate through magic blasts and the skeleton psychic powers) abilities of the Undertale universe version of the monsters, and the similar magical blast abilities of the Darkners from Deltarune?
What would a Mole vehicle vastly different from the typical pulp model and more like a creation of Alphys or Queen be like?

I've never played either of these, though I can't help.
--- for the concept of a mole machine - something like a self-supporting TBM worming it way through the bedrock shitting whatever precious metals and oils it finds in exchange for supplies of food and water for it's crew seems like an idea. A cutterhead towing an entire smelting complex and crew quarters behind it - like a giant mobile oil rig.
I love the smell of rotaries in the morning. You know one time, I got to work early, before the rush hour. I walked through the empty carpark, I didn't see one bloody Prius or Golf. And that smell, you know that gasoline smell, the whole carpark, smelled like.... ....speed.
One day they're going to ban them.

I think it may be worth elaborating on these.
If onle because I'm so fucking retarded I don't know what any of these are. But also because I'm curious as to waht they dloke like in a story and how it makes the fiction work.
the most impotent thing in fenspace is that narrative after all because all things serve the drama and the srto
