I recognized that MI5 represented the British spy agency. Bond isn't the only source material to make use of them.
As for being obvious, I thought the Cobra Commander/Megatron mashup I posted a month or two back was pretty obvious. You're the one who wanted people to include the sources for the crossovers.

Honestly I'm not sure Weird Al would go for that.
Tom's music tends to be rather... risqué, in a way Weird Al's very much isn't.
Plus he usually makes the songs funny. But Tom's are already funny.
