Mercury's World by Duncan "Fire" Zillman. Crossover with The Matrix, in which Mercury may just be the most powerful senshi of them all. Uses the dub names, but with an explanation that makes sense in context.

One I forgot in the original list: Drunkard's Walk S: Heart of Steel. Assuming the "Eternal Sailor Mercury" mentioned in DW2 is Ami, because she never had that title in canon AFAIK.

She is. That's the far future of the Drunkard's Walk S timeline, and the effects of Doug's teachings are still echoing down the centuries.
