... I think I'd really like to see Kitt and Micheal summoned as Grail War heroes. What Class would Kitt be, though?

Michael as a Rider and Kitt his mount? seems fairly straight forward to me.

Michael is just a guy, though, KITT is the one of the pair who's exceptional in the way Heroic Spirits tend to count it. I suppose there is precenfent in Assassin for a Servant that is multiple individuals so they coiuld just both be Rider, but homanoid or transforming KITT as a waifu would be pretty on-brand for Fate/Shenanigans too.
