Three for the price of one
09-19-2009, 03:08 AM
Thanks to The Onion, we now know http://www.theonion.com/content/news/me ... e_hundreds]why The Professor left Earth.
Have you ever wondered what toys are in the Supers' preschools? Neither had I, but http://www.comicsalliance.com/2009/09/1 ... ttle-pony/]why not look anyway? (Note that the Ninja get some love in this one, too.)
Not that I should need to tell anybody here http://www.talklikeapirate.com/]what Saturday is, but since the Ninja got some love in the previous link, it's only fair...

"Pony Stark"! Bwahahahahaha!
But with Captain Hammer and Dr. Horrible represented, why didn't anyone do Bad Horse? (Using a Barbie, of course...)

At least, it is for the Klingon Fen:

We should keep this in mind while writing our own stories...

Hrm... It hasn't really occured to me until now, but it would make sense that the Roughriders would have at least one token Klingon... though the imp in me
cackles at the idea that he's actually the Head Cook at 36 Atalante.

Timote: wherever that demotivator is hosted, my ships servers do not like it. Now that I have seen it, this is all I got to say:
Where the hell did that ship come from!? I want one for the Roughriders!

This oughta make for an easy-to-make weapon in Fenspace. Good for marine-types storming a base, though it'd be killer-dicey to use in micro-gee. Wonder
what that'd look like...

I've got it on my Photobucket account. The poster itself is not mine , but I think that is supposed to be the Yamato. I could easily be wrong
though.

Turns out Schiaparelli was right and there really are channels on Mars... although there's no way he could have seen them from Earth.

I'm surprised nobody's http://izzy-k9.blogspot.com/2007/06/background.html]followed this guy's lead yet. Then again, we haven't written much about the Whovians yet...
Is there anybody with deep-water salvage experience in Fenspace? If yes, http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldne ... craft.html]Noah and Kohran have a job for you.

Ahhhh. The monsterous Japanese Sen Toku I-400 Class submarine and the Aichi M6A Seiren fighter-bombers. This has been something of mild
interest to me. Wikipedia link here for the interested.
You guys know that the Japanese were secretely building jet- and rocket-propelled fighters as well? The designs were advanced enough that if they had ever managed to build
more than a handful that it would have been a major setback for the US forces in the Pacific. Fenspace!Benjamin would love to get his hands on some of those
to see how effective the design would be with a healthy application of Handwavium. However, he also feels that Cesna's A-37 Dragonfly would be a better choice - it's a thoroughly tried design.
