Well, Gina isn't Asuka any more, and Yayoi isn't the Yayoi from Stellvia any more... but Yuu is still Yuu, except that she isn't. Is there a way to tag the fandoms as expys?

There are a plethora of alternate universe tags available in the Additional Tags field, though I don't know if any of them suit our purposes.
