When did Tom and Barb investigate Freddys Pizzeria, or at least what year? I've got an idea floating in my head for a reaction snippet or shortfic, and I'd like to get my character list sorted before I start.

What he said. It's slightly before the VVS applies for Federation membership, beyond that I honestly haven't nailed it down too well myself.
