road trip to the Kenai peninsula - Pics heavy

Misposted intentionally, since most of the people who care are here. We, being myself, @dj w00t (Genau'Goeg), and Spud #2 went down to the Kenai to get my
boat.. and well, we brought a camera.



The cats, as you can see, were quite concerned about our leaving.



Mt. Redoubt, I think - ask Gen. Is purty.



I has minor amount of Captain in me. Is genetic, not from bottle.



I was a polite and courteous driver for the entire trip! I didn't even speed!



Yah. Sure.

Seriously - that's a sandpiper, in an _accidental_ wetland. When the Alaska Railroad pushed through that area, they created a slough, which has since been
coddled into one of Alaskas 'showpiece' wetlands, since it's vibrant, healthy, and _right freaking there_. It's like 5 minutes away from
Anchorage.

Anyway, there you have it.

Oh yeah, and I did actually pick up..
