Help finding a fic...?

Argh. I am going crazy trying to find a fanfic that I know I've read on fanfiction.net, but can't find through Search on the site. It was a Babylon 5 crossover, with...I believe it was Wing Commander? A small group of ships gets ported into Babylon 5 universe and immediately start to play havoc with the balance of power. Among the non-Babylon universe ships was an independent scout that had a powerful beam weapon from the equivalent of that universe's First ones, if I'm remembering the storyline correctly. It was a fairly long fanfic, and the last chapter that I recall had a Mimbari medic going off to receive training in human techniques.
Does anyone know this story, and more importantly, does anyone have a link to it? I'd really appreciate any help. Thanks.

I remember 2 stories like that that where recommended at one point on this forum. I'll be looking for links, but it has been a while since I read them.

Another request for mechanical turk of search engines (aka hoping that one of you know how to find this cause I'm lost).
I read it a while ago, and I know it was mentioned here before, but trolling through the archived fic rec threads didn't lead to anything. my google-fu is also aparently not up to the task
Naruto fic, basic premise is that the Cloud send Yugito (vessel for the 2 tailed cat demon) to try and get Naruto do defect. She ends up in a mentoring position to him. It's located (or was) somewhere on fanfiction.net, but didn't mention Yugito by name in the description.
At time of last reading, it wasn't completed.
