		There was a Flash TV series back in the late 80s or early 90s.  He had to wear his costume because regular clothes were shredded by air friction when he ran.__________________

		There was a movie as well that was alright. It wasn't the best but neither was it the worst.

		...To the best of both my and Wikipedia's knowledge, there has not yet been a Flash movie.  It's in development, though.

		I think I have seen the movie, but it might have been a pilot episode of the TV series or something. It used to show on the Sci fi channel.

		If it had John Wesley Shipp as Barry Allen in a red rubber Batman-type suit, and Amanda Pays as Tina McGee, then that was the TV series pilot.
