If You Use IE and Haven't Visited Google Today...
06-10-2010, 04:45 PM
... (Wed 10 June), do it now. I needed IE for a jobsite that didn't play well with SeaMonkey, opened up to my default home page (Google), and went "whoa".
Pity it doesn't work for Mozilla browsers, apparently.

Pretty - but distracting.
And might be a problem at work - Google is our default home page and we do have a capped daily download limit.

For those who're going "meh", it just surprised the hell out of me when I opened it in IE, and then I went "wow, pretty".
Bing does something like this? Huh. Never been to Bing.

I get a pretty picture in Firefox, and a plain white Google page in IE.

ETA: Now the Firefox page is blank as well.

No link in the lower left for me. Damn, SeaMonkey must be missing something Firefox has; well, actually I knew that from the plug-ins that don't work with it. I shouldn't be surprised.
