Some proposed quality metrics:
- How many of the listed examples need context? (The lower, the better; ideally "zero".)
- If the page has an image, is the image Just a Face and a Caption? (We'd want this to be "no".)
- Is there discussion on the main page? (We'd want this to be "no".)
