Quincy is Haruhi? Possible Spoilers

So, after years away, I'm back after re-reading all the official DWs and starting on Dead Bang.

One of the things I noticed is that Quincy's motivations are lot like our dear beloved Suzumiya Haruhi.

Both hated having to live in a boring old world and decided to make the world more fun.

Of course, Quincy's way of doing it was in

imitating a super-villain, right down to the monologuing.

Quincy would have loved Haruhi. He would have adopted her in a heart beat and made her heiress to GENOM.

Depends when he found her. 
Right when he was starting out?  She's someone with the same basic motivation, who is same to confide in, and could share the load. 
When he is in power?  She's a threat, who could possibly see through his schemes to the reason behind them. 
When he is on life support?  She's the perfect heir to his dreams, if not his exact method.
