Well, that was not what I wanted to wake up to this morning. I guess the new GLI and GLL bases will be a bit more spartan than planned.

Yeah, it helps immensely, but I was hoping for the boost to build more stuff in the bases too. Oh well, guess we'll make do.
At least VILE will be able to do a plot upgrade, finally, and the rent will still go down.
