Was somebody looking for a proxy server?

I recall someone (maybe WireGeek?) was looking for a proxy server, but I can't find the posting...
unblockcity.org was mentioned in an article on The Register yesterday - I haven't tried it, so use at your own risk.

I was - then the intertubes untangled themselves, and I can get to sandwich.net with sufficient speed to participate in FenWiki.
