Pandora - Denied to the World

So, I got an email from Pandora.com today, and they've had to start blocking non-USA addresses.
Since I use their service like *all the time*, I was wondering if anyone knew of a service similar to them that works in .ca.--

can't you just use a proxy? (well legaly no, but legaly speaking you where not allowed to listen to pandora before either.)

First, he'd have to find a proxy.
Second, it's perfectly legal to download music in Canada as long as one pays the licence fee, and one can pay the licence fee by purchasing blank CDs or MP3 players in Canada. (Uploading music is another matter, but that isn't what Pandora does.) See these stories, on MSNBC.com and CBC.ca, for details.

See, I liked the ability for me to discover new music I liked with Pandora.
I'd rather not play proxy games. They've got to block me for living in .ca, fair enough. I'll just go to another product then.--
