RE: The Trailers Thread III - hazard - 06-06-2025

What they couldn't complete the musical in a single movie?

RE: The Trailers Thread III - Bob Schroeck - 06-06-2025

Nope. Not like they hid it, either... they made it clear before the first one came out that they had to split it in two (or edit it down to practically nothing).

The Naked Gun - new trailer

For those who loved having their anime look like Invader Zim...

Yeah. It's back.

The Toxic Avenger

Fantastic Four (Final trailer)

RE: The Trailers Thread III - classicdrogn - 06-28-2025

Sadly, I still feel like the Fantasticar is going to be the best thing out of that movie. Hopefully there'll be a toy appropriately sized to reshell the extra WFC:Earthrise Arcee I bought for the purpose, but 4-5 inch car toys seem to be really rare for some reason outside of very cartoony made-for-baby stuff in rubbery non-stick plastic.

RE: The Trailers Thread III - classicdrogn - 07-01-2025

That really looks like it misses the point of the original story entirely... which seems to be a running theme for Dr. Seuss movie adaptations since the original animated Grinch, honestly.

RE: The Trailers Thread III - Mamorien - 07-01-2025

Not only that, but the main lesson they appear to have learned from the 2003 live-action adaptation was "Don't cast Mike Myers as the Cat".

(Seven Lady Godivas movie when?)

RE: The Trailers Thread III - Norgarth - 07-03-2025

The Running Man
(this version looks to be much closer to the original novel's plotline)

RE: The Trailers Thread III - Cobalt Greywalker - 07-17-2025

OK, a couple of trailers dropped lately that I thing people will be interested in.

First off, have fun with this:

And the official trailer for Tron: Ares:

RE: The Trailers Thread III - Cobalt Greywalker - 07-17-2025

... All done?

Good.
(Apologies for double posting)

RE: The Trailers Thread III - classicdrogn - 07-17-2025

Oh, it's a construct/robot/AI/The Other scare story. How original, and just what we need - and so in tune with the themes of the original and Tron 2 and Tron Legacy, too! /sarcasm
