I was thinking 'bout posting an 'Oh Nick Cage No' when I saw the teaser link appear on the Apple movie trailer page. Until I watched it and saw
that it's going to be 3d cgi. Might be okay if it's an dub of a japanese production. I'll wait and see.

According to http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0375568/]the movie's imdb.com page, it's being made by the Hong Kong company Imagi Animation Studios. A lot of the names in the staff sound American/European to me... although they do credit Tezuma-san with the original story.

This explains adverts I've been seeing on the trains over here lately. I might have said something sooner, but with icons like Astroboy here in Japan, it
could have been some kind of one-off that's of no real consequence. It doesn't help much that I can't read Kanji.
