Does the Chinese equivalent to the IST have a name?

I haven't come up with one yet, but it's probably one of those huge self-aggrandizing mouthfuls so prevalent in Communist states, something along the lines of "The People's Glorious Metahuman Defense Collective and Shoe-shine Stand"
