We could almost do this one for the Halloween party... except that we seem to have forgotten to bring Tokiwa Kyouko into Refuge along with the other Full Metal Panic! characters. Mind you, (a) the FMP! characters haven't shown up "on screen" in the post-retcon stories yet, and (b) I like Kyouko, so...
In case anybody needs to be reminded that "official" is not necessarily "canon"...
This is an image by "Shikidouji", the original character designer for Full Metal Panic! and the illustrator of the novel series. It's an image of Tessa Testarossa, nicknamed "The Witch of Mithril", one of the three main characters of that series. Thus, it is official.
No such scene exists anywhere in the stories. Thus, it is not canon.
However... it could certainly happen in Refuge; Tessa is smart and skilled enough to learn math-based magic such as Nanoha's and Hayate's.
Okay, fine. Apparently there's a category of these on danbooru. The vast majority are Touhou, but there are a couple other than the Lucky Star art above that apply to us.

Double-size copy here (or on the service formerly known as Twitter)
That's her canon birthday, if not her canon bust line. I hope Touya Kinomoto gets some art for his birthday at the end of the month, since it doesn't come around very often.
I usually start the weekly writers' chat with a slideshow of recently-posted fanart (and official art), providing the download links after showing the images.
This week, I realized after the meeting was over that I hadn't posted the links yet. So, this week, everybody gets to see what kind of foolishness or not-foolishness we start the meeting with.

And you know, for at least the first one, Tomoyo will be all over doing the tailoring.

And here's a little something I whipped up at lunchtime -- a closeup on a key part of the title page for the first tankobon collection of Hard Press manga, featuring everyone's favorite reporter heroine, Minkao Jinguuji:

Mamo-chan is probably pretty heavy, Usagi's body must almost be as strong as Tsumugi.
Not really for art quality but as characterization:
In my mind Nora might not be important by birth, but she's still queen of the castle.
