On another note, might I suggest "Axel F" from Beverly Hills Cop or Holst's Jupiter, Bringer of Joy for a theme song for Neshan-sensei? Maybe even Mercury, the Messenger also from "The Planets?"

I wouldn't have thought to pick something so... heroic for him (and I barely have the nerve to now), but the connection to Jupiter is amusingly apropos on several levels. Thanks!

(sketches a bow)Always happy to help. As for the music... It's Pray! by Apocalyptica, from Cult. Kaamos would serve almost as well, though. Crimson Tide - Deep Blue Sea is another I'd suggest as possible battle music, by Nightwish, and DragonForce's Black Fire for Itachi, and Duran Duran's Union of the Snake for Cockaroachimaru minions.

Hmmm. *bustles off to the filesharer* Well, hitting Amazon's sample clips in the meantime, I'd say that Pray! would fit that interaction -real- well. Kaamos not so much - it strikes me as a bit slow for a battle theme, as is the Nightwish one... at least, if it's the song I'm thinking of. *Pray! download comes through* Oh. That's perfect. Especially since, by that point, neither of them has anything at all she wants to say to the other.
The other two I can't comment on... though it's an -utter- shame that that name for Snake-face doesn't work in Japanese. Heh.
