The forces of Heaven, sadly, do not have what it takes (or perhaps are not willing to authorize doing what it takes) to end Kyubei permanently - but still God in his Heaven finds the creepy little bastard offensive. He sends an angel back in time to deal with the situation - telling her that this Kyubei is a pervert, and keeps trying to seduce young girls. Now, every time he tries to have any sort of a conversation with a girl under the age of 18, an angel of Divine Retribution smashes him into (brief, but quite painful) oblivion with an enormous spiked club.
