At risk of nitpicking, I will point out that the original phrase in in the third person : "Ave, Caesar, morituri te salutant" ("Hail, Caesar,
those who are about to die salute you")

Unless you have a reason to change "those" for "we", the proper phrase would be: "morti te salutant"
