We felt it pretty good here, and when I came home it was pretty terrible, my coffee-cup had fallen of the table. At least it wasn't damaged, I don't know what I would do without my trusty coffee-cup (probably sleep but I digress).
It did knock out phones for most of the day, some power outages, and some network issues.
Fun fact, the epicenter was near a nuclear power-plant which shutdown and went to emergency power, like fukashima (and as per design.)
