(Dell/Firefox) Oh, what the heck now?!?

In my shop, when we get a laptop in with a jacked up keyboard we don't bother trying to 'fix' the keyboard, it rarely works. We just replace it. It's a more expensive option, but it's about ten times more effective. I don't trust any repair shop entirely that claims they can 'fix' a laptop keyboard that's had something spilled in it and has reached the point of typing jibberish.
