Though for me running low end sites, it's kind of a pain to have to pay some company for an SSL cert to prove your identity, when all I wanted to do was encrypt content. Especially when there have already been some web of trust issues with said companies.
This idea is cool and all, but it does make it harder for a hacker to just put up a server and a webpage in his hacker cave.
