I cannot help but think that playing this song will do one of several things, depending on the situation:
1) It summons a simulacrum of Wetter Hex at full power.
2) It summons a simulacrum of Princess Serenity at full power.
3) If things are REALLY bad, IT SUMMONS BOTH.
Reason being that both are actually Goddesses that Doug has sworn himself to. And whoever is on the receiving end of this song is about to have a seriously bad day.
