If Black Aeronaut sells it, then it's pretty much up-for-grabs for anyone. The Warsies-via-Lucas-Arts, however, hold the copyrights. Benjamin's little outfit just happens to make the best version - and in production-line numbers at that. Anyone else that wants some has to pay an additional royalty. It makes the Standard TIE a bit more expensive than a F-EZig, with the price escalating accordingly as you get closer and closer to the TIE-D.
