There's not really anything much I can see here to go with, beyond swapping for recharge if you were so inclined. The only other thing to point out is you
might could swap Tough for Phys Perfection for more Regen. Though, do note my regen Experience comes from Ankh's stalkering, where if you're dealt
enough damage to make the tough resistance significant you're probably eating floor. (Stalkers are not Scrappers with the Stealth Pool)
On an unrelated note: if this is Ludicrous regen, should I be utterly mind blown that Emet can out-regen Utena? (with noted exception of IH)
