Well, yes - we have rules about supporting the local entertainment industry, after all.

I do understand, Rob. Since I deal with them on a daily basis. But did the ministry involved checked on how absurd their statement sounded? Or is there an actual bureaucrat with a sense humor over there?

The CRTC isn't normally known for having a sense of humour...
