From Mary Poppins again, how about "Chim Chiminey" (or however that's spelled)? As for effects, it's been suggested to me that it might enhance his probability-distorting "luck" field, and/or allow him to bestow the same sort of luck on others, for the duration of the song; either would seem useful.

Or, for a similar effect if he sees it first in its original context, "A Spoonful of Sugar", also from Mary Poppins.
From "Bedknobs and Broomsticks", there's "Beautiful Briny", which - again, if seen in its original context, since the lyrics don't really hint at it too much - could provide a water-breathing effect.
